Josh Turnpaugh – Head Trainer
With over a decade of playing and coaching experience, Josh is a knowledgeable, dedicated and highly regarded basketball skill development instructor and coordinator in the Durham/Chapel Hill area.
- Nine years coaching experience, at the Division I, II and III levels.
- Has coached over a dozen players who have gone on to play professionally.
- Holds a Master of Science in physical education.
- Currently teaches at Forest View Elementary School in Durham.

Ginny Ramirez-DelToro, Ph.D. – Administrator and Accounts Manager
Ginny was born in Puerto Rico, and grew up in Durham. For her, the heart of Complete Competitor is its merging of family with community.
