1. 500 Series
    1. 2 basketballs (one in each hand), 20 pound dribbles together, 20 pound alternating dribbles, 20 inside/out dribbles, 20 V-dribbles on the side, and 20 V-dribbles in the front. Do sequence 5 times and record how quickly you finish to do better next time.
  2. Weak Hand Development Series
    1. 25 left hand passes and catch with only left hand touching ball
    2. 25 left hand passes off the bounce and catch with only the left hand touching ball
    3. 25 made left hand layups off spin outs to various spots behind three point line, jumpstop on catch, turn and face using either front pivot or reverse and attack rim with left hand finishes.
  3. 49er Shooting
    1. 7 makes with 1 hard pound slide dribble right
    2. 7 makes with 1 hard pound slide dribble left
    3. 7 makes with two slide dribbles left into a thru the leg dribble pullup
    4. 7 makes with two slide dribbles right into a thru the leg dribble pullup
    5. 7 makes catching behind 3 point line and one hard dribble right to a pullup
    6. 7 makes catching behind 3 point line and one hard dribble left to a pullup
    7. 7 makes of catch and shoot 3’s
  4. Pin Down Action
    1. Working on the setup, the cut, shoulder to screeners hip, etc. w/the following shots
      1. Tight Curls
      2. Hamilton Move
      3. Straight Cut to rip thrus
      4. Fades
  5. Live 1-on-1 Action from the Wing
    1. Will often do with dummy screen to continue focusing on previous skill worked
  6. Free Throw Golf
    1. Swish is a birdie
    2. A make that hits rim is a par
    3. A miss is a bogey
    4. Score it just like a round of golf, three holes at a time (or FT’s)
